Why are Heisenberg principle of uncertainty and De-Brogile Hypothesis applied only for microscopic particle only?

Because the uncertainties in position and momentum are totally insignificant for macroscopic particles and the de-broglie wavelength of body is inversely proportional to mass (if velocity become constant).

In other words, the wavelength associated with such particles is so small that it cannot be measured by any of the available methods.
